This year my Coastal Bermuda Hay Field was taken over by Gordo Bluestem. I cut all 18 acres and baled half of it in mid October. But due to equipment failure, wasn't able to finish baling. What should I do with all the unbaled grass? Burn now? Burn later in the winter? The Gordo is long and stemy, due to excess rains and lack of opportunity to bale this summer. This was my second cut. Any input and/or advice is greatly appreciated.
