Purchasing 7 acres next door to me, was sprigged about 8 years ago. It has never been maintained, no fertilizer, over grazing, no discing, and of course the drought. Will disc it lightly and probably fertilize in Feb. Any helpful suggestions about fertilizing? Also , how can a person tell the difference between common and coastal, being the coastal is in poor condition at this time?
