I hope I don't sound too dumb but.... My husband and I are looking into buying a house. It has 10.07 acres with barn built etc, etc,. The current owners did absolultly nothing when they moved in except build a square fenced area that they call a pasture. The ground looks as though it had it's last crop pulled off of it and nothing done after. My question is what steps would we need to take to get it into useable pasture? The house is located in central PA. Any help would be greatly appreciated
