Does anyone have research that shows what effect graz-
ing and/or prescribed burning has on native forb/grass
composition? Voisin mentions in his book Grass Product-
ivity that white clover declined to 10% of the stand
when a pasture was rested for 8 weeks in Europe, com-
pared to a similar site that was rested for only 30-40
days. I am wondering if studies have shown similar re-
sults on native pastures in the U.S.
