Phygrow 2.0
Version 2.0 of phygrow retains the calculations tested in Version 1.2,
and extends some of the limits placed on the simulation. Specifically,
more than one plant functional group can be modeled on the same site,
more than 4 layers of soil can be modeled hydrologically, and time
periods in excess of 1 year can be modeled.
The calculations of Version 2.0 have seen minimal testing,
(all sample cases have performed in the same way as the
the Version 1.2 calculations.) The Version 2.0 functional
group and plant community editors have been given a cursory
review by other experts within the Rangeland Ecology and
Management Department at Texas A&M. The BLM has also viewed
the model. Internal testing is scheduled to begin aroune 2/95.
